Video Diary | Narrowboat Vlog | Sun 20 Dec Vlogmas We are in Tier 4 which means that we can’t see my mum, the kids or grandkids. It takes some reorganising and it bit of adjusting but on the upside, plenty of time to make some more macrame angels.
Video Diary | Narrowboat Vlog | Mon 21 Dec Vlogmas Glenn starts to feel a bit stressed about Christmas. He has a busy day and replaces the head gasket on Harry’s broken down car. I make 2 more macrame angels and end up hosting the Engine Chat live stream as Glenn is running late.
Video Diary | Narrowboat Vlog | Tues 22 Dec Vlogmas Such a lovely day! Glenn gives me my advent calendar – it is filled with non-alcoholic drinks from Holland & Barrett. We watch a Christmas movie and I finish all five of my angels.
Video Diary | Narrowboat Vlog | Wed 23 Dec Vlogmas We head to the office for the last time before Christmas, while we are there we wrap some presents. The rain is torrential and we battle full floods on the way back to the boat.
Video Diary | Narrowboat Vlog | Thur 24 Dec Vlogmas We lose the lid to the new compost bin and one of the bird feeders during the windy weather. Glenn goes to retrieve them. I make some sausage rolls and we settle down to watch my all-time favourite Christmas film, It’s a Wonderful Life. Glenn puts his advent calendar together and then sets about upgrading the speaker.
Video Diary | Narrowboat Vlog | Fri 25 Dec Vlogmas We unwrap all our presents and then head to Glenn’s mum where I cook dinner. In the evening we settle down to watch the new Disney movie followed by a James Bond movie.
