After my 9 mile walk yesterday my legs are like lead but I get out for a walk first thing, I am surprised to see things going on at the lock. Glenn heads to work and gets some deliveries done.

I wake up in a grumpy mood and then lose something. Glenn fixes our accumulator tank and finds the leak under the floor. We go for a very muddy walk and then go off piste with a Hello Fresh meal.

We head to my mums to pick up our Hello Fresh Delivery and have some lunch with my mum. We take a trip down memory lane as my brother had sent us a DVD of my dad’s old cine films.
In the evening the wind and rain pick up and Glenn worries about his hatch covers. I decide to make no-knead bread using Floating Our Boat recipe.

Glenn lost one of his hatch covers in the storm so attempts to retrieve it. We go for a walk but we are thwarted by a flood, then a closed road. We end up in Tring and take a really nice walk around the town.

It is a beautiful morning and I go for a walk. I receive a card from Kym in Australia that makes my day and two of my seedlings are doing well. Glenn fixes the hoover again.

Jeff delivers a lot of slabs but we need to get them to the boat. Glenn starts the job of hauling them to the boat. I get the washing done but not much else.
