Video Diary | Narrowboat Vlog | Tues 9 March
We both head to Northampton, I meet with my friend Tara at Pitsford Water and give her the pack of Lingovie cards so she can amend them. Glenn has a sort out at the office, unfortunately, the moped that he sold to Lewis has got a flat battery. We head back to the boat and Glenn picks up a bike that was given to him. After installing new brackets for one of the solar panels Glenn takes the bike out for a spin along the towpath and I go for my second walk of the day. My legs are starting to feel very tired now! I am hoping I will have walked 7 miles by the end of the day.
I resist cake when I get back and enjoy some carrot sticks with hummus before making dinner. I make homemade Donner kebabs with celeriac fries and salad for dinner before settling down to watch celebrity bake-off.
