We head over to my mums for lunch, and try a deep-fried mars bar from the Chip Shop – it was delicious.
I sign up to do a marathon! I am super excited that I am going to be walking 26 miles on the 19th June, raising money for Medical Detection Dogs.
Glenn picks up a non-working vacuum cleaner for free and hopes to make one working one from two broken ones!
Glenn gets his first order of 2021 and is feeling hopeful things will pick up.
We get our Hello Fresh delivery and the meals look tasty, I missed not having Hello Fresh last week.
Once back at the boat I go for a walk in the pouring rain, I walk further than usual but nearly fall over in the slippy mud twice!
I make an omelette for dinner as we aren’t that hungry and find that adding some chutney to the cheese before grilling is a tasty addition.
