We start the day by making cheese and bacon turnovers, I show you how easy they are to make. We then go for a walk, it is a beautiful day and we spot two small deer in a field next to the towpath. I have a headache, and the thought of doing some work after dinner puts me in a bad mood. I cook the delicious Morrisons meal of Salmon Encroute, Vegetables and followed up with creme brûlée.
