It was a stressful start to the day. We are both heading to Milton Keynes as we need to end up in Northampton at the end of the day. Glenn is working but I am not sure what I am going to do. I try to book into a co-working space but that doesn’t work out, I then think about visiting a friend who lives nearby, but she was heading out. In the end, I decide to go to the cinema. Never in my 50 years on this planet have I ever been to the cinema on my own, especially during the day! I watch Ron’s Gone Wrong. It is a children’s animated movie and it transports me back to my eight-year-old self and my own friendship struggles. It struck such a chord with me, I decided to write a blog post about it.
Later in the afternoon, Glenn picks me up and we head to Debbies, then on to the office to do some despatches, and then onto KFC where I try their Vegan Burger. The deliciousness does not stop there, when we get back to Deb’s she has a wonderful hot chocolate machine from Hotel Chocolat. The day didn’t turn out so bad after all.
