Jules Fuels are a welcome visitor as they stop off and replenish our stocks of coal, logs, kindling, diesel and gas bottle. Later, we head off to Marsworth to use the boaters facilities and then Glenn goes into Morrisons to buy some bits for dinners and a new frying pans so we can make some pancakes as it is Shrove Tuesday.
I see a Tawny Owl flying around the field, and I am amazed as I thought owls only came out at night!
In the end, we decide not to have any dinner but just to have pancakes – Glenn has Nutella and Peanut Butter and I have Sugar and Lemon.
